Since digital items cannot be returned or shipped back:

• No returns, refunds, or exchanges

• No shipping claims or disputes

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS (Printed Books / Hard Copies)

Processing Time

Printed book orders are processed within:

• 3–5 business days (excluding weekends & holidays)

If processing times are extended (e.g., during holidays, sales, or pre-orders), this will be clearly stated on the product page.

Shipping Time

Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

• U.S. Domestic: 5–10 business days

• International: 10–21 business days

Delivery speed may vary based on location and carrier delays.

International Shipping

We currently ship to most countries.
Buyers are responsible for:

• Customs fees

• Import taxes

• Duties

• Any additional international charges

These fees are not included in the purchase or shipping cost.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information.
Aspiring RN Success is not responsible for:

• Delays caused by incorrect addresses

• Lost packages due to incorrect information

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for re-shipment.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships:

• A tracking number will be emailed (when available)

• Tracking updates depend on the carrier

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive:

• Contact us within 7 days of expected delivery

• Provide order number and photos (if applicable)

We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
Refunds or replacements are not guaranteed and are handled case-by-case.

Returns & Refunds for Printed Books

All printed book sales are final unless:

• You received the wrong item

• The item arrives damaged

In these cases, contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.

We do not accept returns for:

• Buyer’s remorse

• Minor cosmetic imperfections

• Opened or used books
